Only about 30 of them still remain, mostly on the Karnali River of Western Nepal, but also on the Koshi and the Narayani River. To support their research, NCRRD operates Dolphin Manor, a completely eco sensitive wildlife resort on the borders of the Bardiya National Park at the Karnali River in western Nepal. Donations are appreciated to the above address, and they need a volunteer to build their web site.
